Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers to drive volume and share in the market.

The role emphasizes generating leads, defining territories, analyzing sales data, and delivering technical solutions via multiple channels. Regional scope may be global, depending on business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Build relationships with key influencers across organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value.
