Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distribution, grow small to mid-size accounts, and engage large accounts through multiple communication channels.

You will lead territorial strategies, provide technical solutions, and drive sales analytics and forecasting in collaboration with Production and Supply Chain. The role emphasizes building relationships, negotiating pricing, and delivering on a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with Dow’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at U.S. E5 or Canadian rank
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities in the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape sales plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals.
