Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to grow the region by supporting small to medium customers, managing distribution, and strengthening relationships with key influencers.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, provide technical solutions, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand and align pricing strategies with Dow goals. This role offers regional scope and may involve global aspects, requiring at least 3 years of experience

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (US E5 or Canadian equivalent) required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market data to inform product decisions and pricing.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
