You will manage distribution, lead negotiations, and provide technical solutions across multiple channels to expand Dow's market presence.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, regional market insights, and collaboration with production and supply chain to forecast and execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across levels within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver customer experience (CX) results.
