Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 / Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across multiple levels within organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans with volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
