Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region (USA). The role focuses on supporting small to medium customers, managing distribution, and engaging large accounts. You will lead opportunities, define territories, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver growth.

You will build relationships across levels, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to expand Dow’s market presence while aligning with product development and marketing teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at/above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan to deliver volume and value; align to marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies in line with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
