Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and engage large accounts. You will lead lead generation, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across channels.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, regional scope, and potential global opportunities while focusing on growth and market share in the Dow portfolio.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship provided.

Mansioni

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape sales plans and product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
