Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in Immunohistochemistry to drive revenue growth through advanced territory planning and strategic selling. This fully remote role is based in California with travel 50-75% for territory coverage and company meetings.

You will build relationships with laboratory leadership, communicate clinical and financial value, and lead cross-functional strategies to expand market share while reporting to the Senior Regional

• 5+ years of sales experience with territory growth.
• Proven ability to influence buying decisions across stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging customer insights to accelerate performance.
