Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, seeks a Senior Sales Specialist in Immunohistochemistry to drive revenue growth and manage complex opportunities. This fully remote role is based in San Diego, CA and requires strong strategic selling across multiple stakeholders.

You will report to the Senior Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with Sales, Service, Applications, Marketing, and Operations to exceed goals and advance commercial strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven ability to influence customer buying decisions across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using insights and business cases to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual product sales goals through strategic growth plans.
• Lead territory planning, forecasting, and funnel development using DBS tools.
• Build relationships with laboratory and pathology leadership and procurement.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Immunohistochemistry portfolio and share best practices.
• Lead cross-functional account strategies to drive retention and expansion.
