Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven ability to influence customer buying decisions and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to travel 50-75% for territory coverage and/or for company meetings.
• Experience in pathology, diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare, or medical device sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual product sales goals by developing and executing strategic growth plans that accelerate market share gains, increase share of wallet, and drive competitive conversions across complex customer environments.
• Lead advanced territory planning, opportunity management, forecasting, and funnel development activities using DBS tools and customer insights.
• Build and expand relationships with key customer stakeholders including laboratory and pathology leadership, executives, and procurement teams.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for the Immunohistochemistry portfolio and mentor peers while providing Voice of Customer insights to influence strategy.
• Lead cross-functional account strategies involving Sales, Service, Applications, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to drive revenue growth.
