Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software or SaaS sales, proven GTM planning, and a track record of building partner ecosystems while delivering measurable revenue growth across complex accounts in the US market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
• 3+ years experience selling into contact centers
• 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration.
• Collaborate with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Partners and engage at the CxO level within large accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations with the core sales organization and develop long-term strategic relationships with key customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing adoption of AWS solutions.
