Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect - Amazon’s Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). You will build and manage a strategic sales plan, interact with CXO-level stakeholders, and coordinate with Solutions Architects and partners to drive adoption across large AWS accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
• 3+ years experience selling into contact centers
• 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEM’s to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
