Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect – Amazon's Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). This role focuses on enterprise sales, building a healthy pipeline, and driving adoption across large AWS accounts and partners.

The candidate should have a proven track record in complex, multi-party sales, with experience engaging at the CxO level and coordinating with solutions architects and partners to deliver compelling value

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
