Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect, the CCaaS offering. You will lead enterprise sales efforts, engage at the CXO level, and coordinate with Solutions Architects, Partners and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct software, cloud or SaaS sales to C-level executives.
• 3+ years selling into contact centers.
• 5+ years building profitable partner ecosystems.
• Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach and drive adoption.
• Manage contract negotiations with the core sales org.
