Job summary

AWS is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to lead end-to-end go-to-market for Amazon Connect within large enterprise accounts. You will collaborate with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Partners and executive stakeholders to drive revenue, adoption and market penetration.

The role requires 5+ years of direct software/SaaS sales to C-level executives and 3+ years selling into contact centers, plus proven GTM planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
• 3+ years experience selling into contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEM’s to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
