Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to drive the end-to-end go-to-market for AWS Connect, Amazon’s CCaaS offering. The role requires engaging with CXO-level executives within large accounts and collaborating with AWS teams, partners, and customers to grow revenue and adoption.

The position operates within the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) and sits in a fast-growing, customer-obsessed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct software sales or business development with C-level engagement.
• 5+ years selling into contact centers or enterprise customer care environments.
• 5+ years building profitable partner ecosystems and alliances.
• Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans and execution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline focused on revenue growth, adoption, and market penetration.
• Lead and coordinate with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, and Partners.
• Engage with CxO-level stakeholders within largest AWS accounts to drive strategy and consensus.
• Negotiate contracts and develop long-term strategic relationships with key customers.
