Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect - Amazon’s CCaaS. You will own end-to-end GTM, drive revenue, and engage with CXO-level customers in large AWS accounts.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Partners, and sales teams to expand adoption, manage deals, and build strategic relationships across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or BD selling to C-level executives.
• 3+ years selling into contact centers.
• 5+ years building profitable partner ecosystems.
• Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach and drive adoption.
• Manage contract negotiations with core sales org.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
