Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect - CCaaS. You will engage at the CxO level, partner with Solutions Architects, and collaborate with enterprise accounts to drive revenue and adoption of AWS solutions.

You will own go-to-market planning, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and coordinate with partners and OEMs to extend reach. This fast-growing SaaS space offers strategic impact and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience selling to C-level executives.
• 3+ years experience selling into contact centers.
• 5+ years building profitable partner ecosystems.
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEM’s to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
