Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect, AWS’s CCaaS offering. You will drive end-to-end go-to-market plans and engage with CxO-level executives within large AWS accounts, collaborating with Solutions Architects, Partners, and the broader AWS team.

The role requires enterprise sales experience in telecom/VoIP/CRM-ERP and a readiness to operate both tactically and strategically within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers.
• 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEM’s to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
