Job summary

Arcosa Crushed Concrete is hiring a Sales Pricing Specialist to evaluate customer project requirements and prepare accurate pricing proposals for crushed concrete products. You will coordinate delivery timelines, maintain an active pipeline, and build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and on-time project execution.

The role requires strong MS Excel, math, and written communication skills, with knowledge of construction equipment and the crushing industry.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and the crushing industry process.
• Basic computer, math and writing skills to estimate project costs and write proposals.
• Strong verbal communication with customers, suppliers and team members.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer project requirements and prepare accurate pricing proposals and bids for crushed concrete products.
• Recommend appropriate material solutions based on project specs, product availability and inventory.
• Calculate quantities and delivery needs using established formulas and industry knowledge.
• Estimate delivery timelines and coordinate logistics for on-time project execution.
• Maintain an active pipeline and project tracking for new, active, and completed sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by proactively addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Prepare order documentation and job information sheets for all new sales.
• Monitor customer accounts to support timely payment and assist with collections when necessary.
• Prepare professional written correspondence and sales documentation using MS Office.
• Work within a sales team to develop effective market strategies and participate in industry organizations.
