Job summary

Arcosa Inc. in Colorado seeks a sales-focused professional to evaluate customer project requirements and prepare pricing proposals for crushed concrete products.

You will recommend material solutions based on project specs, product availability, and inventory to drive successful project outcomes. You will manage delivery timelines, coordinate logistics, and maintain an active sales pipeline while building strong customer relationships and accurate documentation to support growth and customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aggregate recycling operations or other process/production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work at conveyor belts.
• Ability to climb heights up to 20 feet and lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Work in dusty, wet, and loud environments with proper safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer project requirements and prepare accurate pricing proposals and bids for crushed concrete products.
• Recommend material solutions based on project specifications, product availability and inventory.
• Calculate material quantities and delivery needs using established formulas.
• Estimate delivery timelines and coordinate logistics for on-time project execution.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update status of opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide proactive problem solving.
• Prepare order documentation and job information sheets for new sales.
• Submit pre-qualification packages and supporting documentation as required.
• Monitor accounts to support timely payments and assist with collections when necessary.
• Prepare professional written correspondence and sales documentation using MS Word.
• Collaborate with team to develop effective market strategies and represent Arcosa in industry organizations.
