This role targets enterprise customers and requires engaging with CxO-level executives, Solutions Architects, and partners to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct software/SaaS sales to C-level executives.
• 3+ years selling into contact centers.
• 5+ years building profitable partner ecosystems.
• Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach and drive adoption.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
