Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect.

You will own end-to-end go-to-market strategies, collaborating with partners and AWS teams to address complex pricing and multi-vendor environments. In this role you will drive revenue, manage enterprise accounts, and build strategic relationships with CXO-level stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the future of AWS contact center

Qualificações

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets.
• 3+ years selling into contact centers (CXO level interactions).
• 5+ years building profitable partner ecosystems and developing GTM plans.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to drive revenue and market share.
• Lead engagements with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and drive adoption of AWS solutions with key accounts.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with CxO-level stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
