Amazon is seek­ing an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to help establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect, CCaaS. You will own end-to-end go-to-market strategy, collaborating with AWS teams and partners to drive adoption in large accounts and across multiple regions.

The role requires strategic and analytical thinking, CxO-level engagements, and the ability to work with developers and architects. It sits within a fast-growing, innovative SaaS space in AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers
• 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEM’s to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
