Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Chicago is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to lead end-to-end sales efforts for AWS Connect and related SaaS offerings. You will work with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, and partners to drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration at the CxO level within large accounts.

The role requires enterprise sales experience in telecommunications, CRM/ERP applications, call centers, and related integrations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers
• 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans

Aufgaben

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEM’s to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
