AWS is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to drive end-to-end GTM strategy for Amazon Connect and related CCaaS solutions. You will engage with CXO-level clients, coordinate with Solutions Architects, and collaborate with partners to scale adoption and revenue across large accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers.
• 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
• Experience developing detailed go to market plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
