Responsibilities
- Lead analytics team and set strategic direction.
- Develop change agenda from reports to insights.
- Own analytics product portfolio and prioritization.
- Partner with senior sales leaders to define KPIs.
- Ensure dashboards and forecasts are accurate and trusted.
- Establish intake, prioritization, governance and success metrics.
- Define adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate insights to executives and stakeholders.
- Oversee DataMart and analytics ecosystem with IT leaders.
