Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to transform a delivery-focused analytics team into a strategic, outcome-oriented capability relied upon by business leaders for decision making.

You will set a clear vision, partner with senior sales and enterprise leaders, and oversee the analytics product portfolio, dashboards, and insights to support critical decisions across the commercial sales environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales analytics, commercial analytics, BI, or data products.
• Hands-on experience in analytics, BI, data engineering, dashboard development, or analytics product management.
• Proven people leadership experience leading a team through change.
• Ability to consolidate or retire low-value reports using business value and usage.
• Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs and translate priorities into dashboards.
• Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or Aetna-like environments and navigating a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary performance analytics team.
• Move from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decision support.
• Own analytics product portfolio and prioritization across reports and dashboards.
• Partner with senior sales and enterprise leaders to identify decisions analytics must enable.
• Ensure dashboards, forecasts, and analytics are accurate, timely, and trusted.
• Establish intake, governance, and success measures balancing ops with strategic capability.
• Define adoption and data-quality measures to guide product improvement.
• Lead stakeholders through change and communicate outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Oversee DataMart and analytics ecosystem with data architecture and platform stability.
• Represent analytics with executive presence and clear risk/recommendations.
