Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to transform an analytics team into a strategic partner for business leaders. You will shape vision, drive accountability, and deliver insight-led decision support across the commercial sales environment.

You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, prioritize a compelling analytics roadmap, and collaborate with senior leaders to define meaningful KPIs and successful adoption of dashboards and insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics or related decision-support functions.
• Hands-on experience in analytics, BI, data engineering, dashboards, or analytics product management.
• Demonstrated people leadership, directing teams through significant change.
• Ability to rationalize a portfolio by value, usage, and effort.
• Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs and translate analytics into actions.
• Knowledge of health care, insurance, or large matrixed organizations.
• Technical fluency in data/visualization tools to guide delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary performance analytics team.
• Shift from reactive reports to proactive, insight-led decision support.
• Own analytics product portfolio and prioritize high-impact work.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify decisions analytics must enable.
• Ensure dashboards, forecasts, and analytics are accurate, timely, and trusted.
• Establish governance and success measures balancing operations with strategy.
• Define adoption metrics and drive continuous product improvement.
• Lead change management and communicate case for change to stakeholders.
• Oversee DataMart and analytics ecosystem with technical leadership.
• Represent analytics to executives with clear insights and tradeoffs.
