Job summary

Outreach is seeking a strategic Senior Sales Operations Manager to partner with Sales Operations, Sales, CX, and Marketing. You will own the Sales Operations function for the teams you support and drive cross-functional programs across the funnel to improve territory design, forecast strategy, and sales processes, enabling scalable growth.

You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to build dashboards, communicate insights to executive audiences, and ensure accurate pipeline

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of sales operations experience.
• Experience partnering with sales leaders on territory design and forecasting.
• Data-first mindset with advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Sales process improvement and opportunity management experience.
• Ability to communicate with executive audiences.
