Job summary

Outreach is seeking a strategic Senior Sales Operations Manager to partner with the sales organization and drive repeatable, scalable RevOps programs. You will own territory design, forecast strategy, and data-driven insights, partnering with Sales, CX, and Marketing to optimize pipeline and revenue growth.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-impact role, delivering dashboards, reports, and process improvements that elevate performance and accountability across go-to-market teams.

Qualifications

7-8+ years of sales operations experience.
Data-driven mindset with ability to challenge sales leadership.
Advanced Excel and data modeling for insights.

Responsibilities

Own Sales Ops for assigned sales teams and cross-functional programs.
Define territory design and forecast strategies to drive growth.
Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into pipeline health.
Collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns and revenue initiatives.
Partner with Sales, CX, and Marketing to optimize funnel and processes.
