Job summary

Red Seat Ventures is seeking a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to bridge sales strategy, technology, and data analytics.

You will eliminate friction in the sales cycle by optimizing revenue streams, building robust forecasting models, and maximizing inventory yield. This highly cross-functional role requires close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Finance and Account Executives to align performance with our financial targets.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance.
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
• Able to turn analysis into action with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Systems & Maintain Data Integrity: ensure clean data entry and seamless platform integration.
• Automate Workflows: design and deploy automated processes to reduce admin tasks.
• Maintain and refine AE coverage lists.
• Build Models: develop data-driven revenue forecasting models for leadership insights.
• Pipeline Management: monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast assumptions.
• Turn pipeline data into actionable insights to address gaps in the revenue funnel.
