Job summary

AdaptX is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team in Seattle. The role focuses on process design, systems optimization, and data-driven operational rigor to support a high-velocity sales function.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience with CRM administration, dashboards, forecasting, and pipeline management, and will drive clarity, discipline, and predictable execution across the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM administration (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and forecasting models.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CRM workflows with data accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
• Build dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for pipeline health and revenue.
• Coordinate with Sales Leadership on weekly pipeline reviews and KPI tracking.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization across the sales lifecycle.
