Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team in the United States. This role serves as the first face at the branch or phone line, delivering proactive customer support, coordinating equipment deliveries, and supporting profitability and fleet management.

You will learn to manage customer portfolios, drive revenue through exceptional service, and act as a local expert on pricing, operations, and tools used in daily branch activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Must be fluent in Rental Man.
• Fluent with On the Go use.
• Proficient in DOT Regulations and load securement guidelines.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment and coordinate with drivers and vendors.
• Optimize routing of drivers with DOT regulations expertise.
• Aid and support other branch coordinators.
• Partner with territory sales representatives.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue through service.
