Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Fluent with Rental Man and On the Go systems.
• Proficient in DOT Regulations and load securement guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment and coordinate with drivers and vendors.
• Optimize routing and act as a DOT Regulations expert.
• Support branch coordinators and sales reps to grow revenue.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and finalize sales on orders.
• Provide expert advice on equipment selection, operation and maintenance.
