Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator US to join our branch network. You will proactively answer customer questions, schedule deliveries and pickups, and optimize driver routes while partnering with drivers, vendors, and sales teams.

You will manage a diverse customer portfolio and strive to maximize revenue through excellent service. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of related experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and familiarity with Rental Man

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Must be fluent in Rental Man and On the Go.
• Proficient in DOT Regulations and load securement guidelines.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment; partner with drivers and vendors.
• Optimize routing of drivers using DOT regulations expertise.
• Aid and support other coordinators at the branch.
• Be a trusted partner to the territory sales representatives.
