Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment and coordinate with drivers and vendors.
• Optimize routing of drivers with DOT regulations knowledge.
• Assist branch coordinators and support territory sales reps.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue.
• Generate and review daily business reports.
• Maintain Salesforce.com and eApply proficiency.
