Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service and sales coordination is desirable.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and load securement guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions and schedule delivery/pickup.
• Generate, process, and review daily business reports; support branch team.
• Be a trusted partner to territory sales reps and manage customer portfolio.
