Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment and coordinate with drivers.
• Optimize routing of drivers and be DOT Regulations expert.
• Support branch coordinators and territory sales reps.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue through service.
• Finalize sales for inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide expert advice on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Generate and analyze daily business reports.
