Herc Rentals Inc. in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our branch team.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and manage a diverse portfolio to maximize revenue while upholding safety and service standards. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), and a working knowledge of Rental Man and On the Go.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating multiple vehicle types and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Fluency with Rental Man and On the Go software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement guidelines.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment with drivers.
• Optimize routing of drivers using DOT regulations.
• Support branch coordinators and territory sales reps.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue.
• Finalize sales for inbound and outbound calls.
• Advise customers on equipment selection, operation and maintenance.
• Generate and review daily business reports.
• Assist others with Salesforce.com.
• Open accounts and prescreen customers using eApply.
