Job summary

Amcor is seeking a senior Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on growing our business, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering our sales and profitability goals. You will coach the team through the sales process, build senior-level partnerships, and drive opportunities across Marketing, Innovation, and Operations.

You'll own account plans in Salesforce, set annual operating plans, monitor performance, and steer pricing and pass-through initiatives to protect margins

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
10+ years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment.
12+ years of experience across technical, sales, and general management.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities
