Job summary

Amcor is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to lead a senior sales team, strengthening customer partnerships and delivering revenue profitability. You will coach and develop team members, partner with Marketing, Operations, and other functions, and drive strategic plans to win in a dynamic market.

As a senior leader, you’ll contribute to business planning, budgeting, and talent development while maintaining accountability for commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in large-scale B2B sales leadership.
• 12+ years across technical, sales, and general management preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team and drive growth and profitability.
• Develop relationships with senior-level customers and prospects to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and other teams to convert opportunities into results.
• Own forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning for your accounts.
• Coach, hire and develop talent to build a succession-ready team.
