Job summary

Amcor is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team and grow our North America B2B packaging business. You will coach and develop the team, build strategic account plans, and partner with marketing, innovation, customer service and operations to turn opportunities into results.

You will drive pricing, forecasting, and S&OP, while maintaining strong relationships with senior customers and prospects. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years in technical, sales and general management roles, ideally in packaging.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proven track record delivering financial targets and growing businesses.
• Experience coaching and developing talent.
