- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing sales team to grow the business and achieve profitability goals.
- Coach, develop, and hire talent; build strong customer partnerships and escalate as needed.
- Partner with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and other teams to turn opportunities into results.
- Drive pricing and margin initiatives in line with our pricing strategy to protect margins.
- Maintain Salesforce and provide clear business updates to senior leadership.
