Job summary
Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate senior customer relationships, and drive revenue and profitability. The role requires a track record in large-scale B2B sales, multinational experience, and travel up to 50%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years in a large-scale B2B environment preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience across technical, sales, and general management, ideally in packaging.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Experience in multinational organizations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing sales team to grow business and profitability.
- Coach and develop the team throughout the sales process.
- Build senior-level customer partnerships and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and other teams to turn opportunities into results.
- Manage sales strategy, plans, targets and pricing initiatives.
