Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment
• 12+ years of experience across technical, sales, and general management, ideally within packaging
• Travel up to 50%
• Significant experience in senior sales leadership roles
• Experience in a multinational organization, ideally packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing
• Proven track record of delivering financial targets and growing businesses
• Demonstrated success in coaching and developing talent
• Confidence communicating with and influencing senior-level audiences
• Strong negotiation experience with sustainable growth
• Track record of developing trusted, long-term customer partnerships
• Solid technical and commercial aptitude
• Good understanding of Amcor, products, packaging industry and competitive landscape
• Appreciation for disciplined sales processes and embedding them in a team

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team to grow business, strengthen customer relationships and meet profitability goals.
