You will coach the team through the sales process, identify opportunities, and engage with senior-level customers. Collaborate across Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, and Operations to convert opportunities into results while upholding Amcor's commercial excellence principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years across technical, sales, and general management; ideally packaging.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Senior sales leadership experience in a multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy and annual operating plans for your accounts.
• Drive growth, margin targets, and profitability across assigned customers.
• Coach and develop your team and manage performance.
• Maintain and expand senior-level customer partnerships and negotiations.
