Job summary
Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive growth across strategic accounts in the United States. You will coach your team through the sales process, build strong customer partnerships, and work with Marketing, Innovation, and Operations to turn opportunities into tangible results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years in senior sales leadership within packaging, FMCG or manufacturing.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Experience communicating with senior-level audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering financial targets and growing businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing sales team and deliver profitability goals.
- Coach and develop team and manage opportunities, escalating as needed.
- Partner with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and other teams to deliver results.
- Drive pricing, margins and pass-through initiatives to protect profitability.
- Maintain and review Salesforce account plans and forecasts.
