Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, and Operations to convert opportunities into results. You will coach and develop talent, own commercial decisions within Amcor's Value Plus framework, and contribute to planning, budgeting, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years of experience across technical, sales, and general management in packaging/FMCG/manufacturing.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Significant experience in senior sales leadership roles.
• Experience in multinational packaging environment.
• Track record of delivering financial targets and growing businesses.

Responsibilities

• Create clear account plans linking customer needs to our capabilities.
• Lead annual operating plans and strategic objectives for your team's accounts.
• Review sales performance and adjust regional priorities and plans.
• Set targets with business leaders for growth, margin, and forecasting.
• Coach and develop the sales team; manage pricing and pass-through initiatives.
