Amcor is seeking a Sales Manager in Massachusetts to lead a high-performing sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive our sales and profitability goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in large-scale B2B sales.
• 12+ years in technical, sales, and management roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within a multinational packaging context.
• Experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Proven record of delivering financial targets and growing businesses.
• Strong coaching and talent development skills.
• Ability to communicate with and influence senior-level audiences.
• Strong negotiation with a focus on sustainable growth.
• Track record of building long-term customer partnerships.
• Solid technical and commercial aptitude.
• Good understanding of Amcor, our products, the packaging industry and competitors.
• Appreciation for disciplined sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team and achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coach and develop the team, including hiring and succession planning.
• Build relationships with senior-level customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and other teams to turn opportunities into results.
• Own commercial decisions within Amcor’s Value Plus framework.
